Art is a harmony parallel with nature – Paul Cezanne
The other day I was in Chelsea ,Manhattan and walking over the High Line. The High Line (also known as the High Line Park) is about a 2 mile walk over an elevated section of an unused railway track on the westside extending between 34th St (Jacob Javist Center ) to almost 14th Street. While walking on this elevated section I saw these men painting a certain section of a wall blue and red and framing it against the naked tree gave it an impressionist form of photography. I guess sometimes the Photographer is a natural artist too …
Here is the version with both colors visible
Located at the corner of Oak St and E Glen Ave. It is about 200 feet from my house. It is considered one of the nation’s best community art associations. Check out their website for more details about this fabulous art institute. Someday I hope to go and learn how to do an oil painting.
