– Zagats A hidden gem off the main road on Prospect St. Ridgewood has plenty of restaurants of all kinds and this is one of a kind. The menu changes with each season. Consistently exceptional cooking and presentation. Moderately priced, and you can bring your own wine. The food and ambiance are terrific. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating is what all the reviews say. Planning on trying it out soon !!!

Ridgewood is a quaint little village close to of one of the biggest cities in the world- NYC. It is a mere 25 min drive with no traffic into Manhattan !!.Most of the people in this town commute to work in NYC. Living in this town gives one the best of both worlds. City life with its dreams and hopes of unlimited opportunities and jobs and returning back home to a relaxed lifetstyle. Plenty to do for both people with families (young and old) and professionals looking for some excitement. It has an eclectic taste of restaurants and definitely a wonderful place to hang out !!!dsc_8317

Ridgewood Bus Terminal

It is the transportation hub located at the intersection of Oak St and Dayton St in downtown Ridgewood. The train station is a 5 min walk from here. The routes served from here are to NYC (Port Authority terminal) mid town Manhattan, George Washington Bridge Bus Station (serving uptown Manhattan ),Hackensack , Paterson and Garden State Plaza mall (Westfield Mall-the largest mall in New Jersey, the third-largest mall in the New York metropolitan area, and one of the highest-revenue producing malls in the United States…

There is a paid parking lot close to the terminus .

Ridgewood Train Station

The Village of Ridgewood is a small town in close proximity to Manhattan .The train station is located at the one end of East Ridgewood Ave,which runs through the middle of the town and could be called the main arterial road.Trains run between Hoboken and Suffern. Commuters can board a train from here and reach NYC in approximately 45 min .
